Roles
HyperAgent acts as a data controller for account, billing, and service operations data related to its own platform.
For customer-configured workflows, HyperAgent may act as a data processor under customer instructions and contractual terms.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in secure service operation, legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, analytics cookies).

- Purpose limitation and data minimization for platform operations.
- Role-based access control and audit logging for privileged access.
- Encryption in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive datasets.
- Documented retention windows and secure deletion workflows.
International Transfers
Where data is processed outside Switzerland or the EEA, transfer safeguards are applied through contractual protections and provider compliance mechanisms appropriate to the receiving jurisdiction.
Data Subject Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Requests are handled through documented verification and response workflows.
